Countries We Ship To
Fair Trade Coffee Company delivers to all countries except countries with which the U.S. does not maintain diplomatic relations.

Our Delivery Carriers
USPS Priority Mail
Orders shipped outside the continental United States (U.S. territories listed below) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam/Guahan, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands and APO’s/FPO’s (New York and New Jersey zip codes only) must have the same billing and shipping address. For example: if your billing address is a post office box, shipment must be sent there. All USPS orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. All USPS orders are delivered Monday through Saturday only. Please note that Express and Express Plus delivery are not available to international addresses. Most orders are  delivered in approximately 2 weeks.

Duty and Customs
Any applicable duty, taxes or brokerage fees will be paid by the packageecipient.

Shipping Charges
All shipping charges to international addresses are figured by actual weight and by the country of destination. A $5.00 handling fee is added to each international order. 

Requesting Shipping Quotes If you would like a shipping quote, please email us with the item numbers of the merchandise that you wish to purchase and The Fair Trade Coffee Company will contact you with a quote. Send the email to: info@fairtradecoffee.org (all prices are quoted in U.S. funds).

Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change the delivery address on an order, please call us immediately at (800) 909-9807 or email us at info@fairtradecoffee.org. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to change the delivery address.

Order Processing
Orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday.

Canceling Orders
If you need to cancel an order please call us immediately at (800) 909-9807 or email us at info@fairtradecoffee.org. However, if your order has already been shipped, The Fair Trade Coffee Company will be unable to cancel it.
